Our original intention when creating this product, is for users to adopt the following yield farming strategy: Harvest your MMF + xMMF rewards from farms. 1) Stake xMMF tokens to earn liquidity mining/revenue share rewards. 2) You can choose to sell half of your MMF rewards to form MMF-USDC LP to continue yield farming. Otherwise, we definitely prefer if you would lock your MMF into more xMMF tokens! The above set of mechanics ensure minimal sell pressure on MMF tokens, and a possible price maximizing effect in the next phase of our development; the veMMF model! Sharing our thoughts on the liquidity situation on our Arbi MM DEX, and our goals. Currently, we have locked in 10+mil liquidity for major tokens for trading, such as ETH-USDC, BTC-USDC. This level of liquidity is sufficient in allowing us to act as a decent foundation for external projects to launch on our DEX. We have just made a simple increase in farm multiplier to incentivise more ETH-USDC LPs as ETH-USDC tends to generate more fees. (Plus it is important to have deep ETH trading liquidity on Arbitrum) That said, we aim to lock in over 2mil USD worth of liquidity in MMF-USDC, which will provide huge price stability against a maximum of ~$4000 daily sell pressure. Once veMMF is launched, we expect to see lockups matching/exceeding the amount of emissions being earned. We will be building a Dune dashboard to allow users to track lockups vs emissions. Remember, only 80k MMF tokens have been emitted in the span of ~12 hours. Of which 80% are locked MMF, representing a max of $4,976 USD sell pressure at the current price of $0.311. Recent selling seems to have resulted from users taking profits from launchpad sales, anybody that managed to commit at $0.20 would have profited, making it logical to take profits.
